I was facing a true life crisis, and knowing you were there to help me in every possible way, at any time, meant the world to me. The support I received from both of you was so kind, respectful, and soft. You treated me with a level of gentleness that I deeply needed during such a difficult time. On top of that, you moved so fast to help me, which lifted a massive weight off my shoulders.
